data governance specialist (senior associate)

What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored data and AI governance operating models and policies
- Assist in executing governance frameworks integrating data criticality, quality, lineage, and modelling into operations
- Evaluate clients' current data governance and management practices and provide recommendations for framework establishment
- Support clients in establishing detailed data lineage mapping processes
- Guide clients in assessing and selecting data governance tools, including AI-powered solutions
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on data governance policies, methodologies, and tools
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor data governance performance and identify improvements
- Create clear and engaging presentation decks to communicate data governance strategies and insights
- Contribute to the development of technical and financial proposals, work plans, and pitch decks for data governance consulting services
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Data Governance and Data Management expertise
- Governance Frameworks Implementation and Data Lineage Mapping experience
- Familiarity with Data Quality and Data Governance Tools like Informatica, Collibra, IBM Infosphere, Microsoft Purview
- Understanding of AI Technologies and their application in data governance
- Strong Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, and Workshop Facilitation
- Client Collaboration, Consulting, Technical Implementation, and Financial Proposal Development
- Computer Science / Data Science / Relevant fields / Business Administration / Other Master’s Degreepreferred
