What you'll do
- Manage and deliver consulting assignments and project workstreams
- Lead and coordinate small multidisciplinary teams, coaching team members and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Prepare competitive tenders and proposals for strategic consulting opportunities
- Develop methodologies, analytical frameworks, governance models and implementation approaches
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Own project deliverables and support project plans, timelines and client expectations
- Engage senior client stakeholders, facilitate discussions, present insights and support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and consulting teams across Europe
- Contribute to business development activities and proposal preparation
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Consulting delivery & project management
- Analytical problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Methodology and analytical framework development
- Team leadership & multidisciplinary collaboration
- Stakeholder engagement, strategic communication and presentations
- EU public procurement procedures, tender preparation and proposal management
- Priority and deadline management; Business development
- Greek and English language
