What you'll do
- Build, lead, and scale the Patras Tech & Data practice.
- Provide people leadership, coaching, and mentoring to foster collaboration, accountability, learning, and career development.
- Oversee delivery of complex technology and data transformation initiatives, ensuring quality, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business and market leaders on business development, growth opportunities, solutioning, and regional technology presence.
- Define the local growth strategy and develop engineering talent while fostering innovation and excellence.
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Technology delivery leadership, operational excellence, and software engineering methodologies.
- People leadership and engineering team building.
- Strategic thinking and technology strategy.
- Stakeholder management and client engagement.
- Cloud platforms, DevOps practices, AI/GenAI solutions, and data platforms.
- Business development and solutioning.
- Computer Science / Engineering / Information Systems / Any Field
