What you'll do
- Review business, financial and other information and analyse key business drivers
- Use data analysis tools to prepare quantitative and financial analyses identifying business risks and upsides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated Due Diligence assignments
- Participate in cross-border projects and training programmes
- Manage relationships with diverse clients and interact with C-suite executives
- Conduct management interviews to understand operations, financial impacts and business valuation
- Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare and present key-issues executive reports to clients
- Conduct targeted market research on industries, companies and regulatory developments
- Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, presentations, pitch books and internal initiatives
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Financial due diligence, M&A transactions and business plan review
- Financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and data analysis
- Accounting and reporting standards and technical accounting
- Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot and Alteryx
- Market research and client relationship management
- Finance / Economics / Accounting / Banking / Mathematics / Engineering / Management Science and Technology / Business Administrationpreferred
