What you'll do
- Analyze financial data and perform financial modelling, valuation, and investment appraisals
- Screen and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities
- Gather and benchmark market and competitor intelligence
- Maintain transaction database and prepare market research and investment analyses
- Conduct investment performance monitoring and prepare presentations for Investment Committee and Board
- Participate in due diligence and collaborate with advisors, brokers, and attorneys
- Support transaction management and maintain collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop investment recommendations and participate in meetings to support investment strategy
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Real estate investments and investment appraisal
- Financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation
- Market research and investment performance monitoring
- Due diligence and transaction management
- Regulatory compliance and business environment analysis
- Presentation skills, communication skills, stakeholder management, and problem-solving
- Finance / Economics / Engineering / Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics / Business Administration / Real Estate Investmentpreferred
