What you'll do
- Contribute to high-profile M&A transactions advising clients on strategic initiatives
- Apply financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis to support transactions
- Support the transaction lifecycle including market screening and deal execution
- Prepare marketing and transaction materials like pitch books and client presentations
- Collaborate with tax, legal, regulatory, and risk teams to manage transaction complexities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of accounting standards including IFRS and Greek GAAP
- Client relationship management and collaboration abilities
- Communication skills in both English and Greek
- Market screening, negotiation support, due diligence coordination, and transaction lifecycle management
- Financial acumen and strategic advisory skills
- Finance / Economics / Accounting / Mathematics / Engineeringpreferred
