What you'll do
- Support execution of financial advisory projects including corporate finance, M&A, valuations, and restructuring
- Prepare financial models, business valuations, and financial forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis and industry research to inform market trends and opportunities
- Contribute to preparation of financial reports, presentations, and information memorandums
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic financial and operational recommendations
- Engage with clients, investors, banks, and stakeholders to collect financial and strategic data
- Proactively build skills and learn in a collaborative team environment
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Financial analysis, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations
- Financial modelling, financial forecasts, financial reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS and Greek GAAP
- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Written and verbal communication in Greek and English
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Accounting / Finance / Banking / Economics / Any Fieldpreferred
