What you'll do
- Supervise and coach ASDC Specialists in performing their tasks
- Assign work requests to ASDC Specialists
- Review and accept work requests from engagement teams
- Communicate with User Engagement Teams
- Review ASDC Specialists’ work to ensure quality
- Design and implement technology solutions for ASDC services
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Audit or accounting
- Supervision and coaching
- Work request management
- Quality review
- Technology solution design
- Technical aptitude, database applications, and organization and monitoring
- English and Greek language proficiency, written and verbal communication
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and process delivery
- Economics / Accounting and Finance / Management / Business Administration / Engineeringpreferred
