What you'll do
- Execute audit engagements across diverse industries and business types
- Perform risk assessments, substantive testing, and internal control evaluations
- Draft and review financial statements following Greek GAAP and IFRS standards
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure transparency and excellent service
- Coach and mentor junior team members on the job
- Contribute to audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases
- Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation of audit processes
- Ensure compliance with auditing and ethical standards
- Deliver excellent client service
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Audit engagements, risk assessments, substantive testing, internal control evaluations
- Financial statement drafting and reviewing under Greek GAAP and IFRS
- Client liaison and communication skills in Greek and English
- Coaching and mentoring, teamwork
- Audit planning and compliance with auditing and ethical standards
- MS Office proficiency
- Accounting / Business Administration / Economics
