What you'll do
- Supervise and coach ASDC Specialists in their tasks
- Assign work requests to ASDC Specialists
- Review and accept work requests from engagement teams
- Communicate with User Engagement Teams
- Review work performed by ASDC Specialists to ensure quality
- Design and implement technology solutions for ASDC services
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Audit and accounting knowledge
- English and Greek language proficiency for clear communication
- Teamwork and trust building skills
- Organizational skills to monitor multiple requests
- Attention to detail in delivering quality processes
- Technical aptitude for learning applications and databases
- Economics / Accounting and Finance / Management / Business Administration / Engineeringpreferred
