What you'll do
- Ensure the department operates smoothly by overseeing daily activities and guiding the team effectively.
- Achieve company objectives through effective department management.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and maximizing sales and profitability.
- Maintain and promote the company identity across all aspects of the department.
- Ensure the department is presented correctly and reflects the company’s quality and reputation.
- Suggest solutions to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the market.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Team management, crisis and emergency management
- Technology product knowledge, retail sales experience
- Customer service, communication and negotiation
- Working under pressure and goal achievement
- Microsoft Office, ERP systems, SAP, Navision
- Higher or Tertiary Education
