What you'll do
- Ensure the department operates smoothly by overseeing daily activities, achieving company goals, and effectively guiding the team
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and maximizing sales and profitability
- Maintain and promote the company identity through the department’s appearance, presentation, values, and culture
- Help strengthen the company’s competitive market position by proposing improvement solutions
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Team management, emergency management, and working under pressure
- Board and children's games product knowledge and stationery product knowledge
- Retail sales experience and customer service
- Goal achievement, communication skills, and negotiation skills
- Microsoft Office, ERP, SAP, and Navision
- Higher Education
