What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop purchasing plans
- Prepare bidding documents with business owners and streamline tender procedures
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor identification and sourcing through contracting
- Manage purchase requests and analyze commercial terms for contractual agreements
- Ensure procurement policy compliance and minimize costs through proper implementation
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders regarding the company’s insurance needs
- Monitor procurement expenses and proactively address budget discrepancies
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Procurement planning and procurement process management
- Vendor identification and evaluation, tender procedures, and bidding document preparation
- Contracting and commercial terms analysis
- Procurement policy compliance and cost optimization
- SAP operations, software procurement, insurance activities, and budget monitoring
- MS Office Suite and English communication
- Finance / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration
