As a Junior Product Manager for Toys at Public, you will support the Product Management team in driving the development, launch, and promotion of our toy products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and procurement to ensure that our toy range meets customer needs and business goals. Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the toy product portfolio, from planning to execution
Support the launch of new toy products, including coordination with suppliers, marketing, and sales teams
Monitor product performance and analyze sales trends to provide actionable insights
Help prepare product briefs, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and product positioning
Participate in competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation
Ensure product compliance with safety regulations and internal quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the purchasing department of a commercial company
Strong interest in toys, games, and the retail industry
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
