About the job
As a Junior Product Manager at Public you will contribute to the overall commercial performance of the company by managing product assortment, monitoring replenishment across all sales channels and ensuring the effective execution of promotional activities. It involves market and competition analysis to support pricing strategy, as well as the preparation of key commercial and financial reports. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and the ability to drive results in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Participates in the formulation of the product assortment
Monitors the replenishment for all sales channels based on commercial policy and procedures
Maintains the product code list of the liability categories
Coordinates and monitors the implementation of promotional activities in all sales channels (Stores, e-Commerce)
Monitors & analyzes the competition and supports the formulation of pricing policy
Composes and communicates commercial reports (market, sales, profitability, stocks, etc.)
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
2-3 years of relevant experience in the purchasing department of a commercial company
Experience in the retail industry will be considered an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; especially of Microsoft Excel
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
Excellent communication skills

Desirable Qualifications:
Master's Degree
SAP user or other similar software system
