Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience

- Financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis
- Effective communication skills in English and Greek
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple requests
- Commercial awareness and strategic mindset
- Finance / Accounting / Business Administration

About the job
As part of the Controlling & Business Partnering Finance team, the Financial Analyst supports business performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making across key business channels. The role provides financial insights through KPI analysis, performance tracking, and ad hoc reporting, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and control the performance of the company’s specific business channels
• Drive short- and long-term forecasts and budget construction
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify performance trends providing insights to management
• Facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting data collection and validation
• Support the development of ad hoc analyses and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Partner with key stakeholders across functions to support decision-making and business growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; MSc/MBA is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role
• Experience in Retail or multi-location business is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, modeling, Power Querry)
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI tools
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Commercial, methodical and strategic concept
• Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple requests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
