We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a methodical Financial Analyst to join our team. The role is responsible for analyzing financial data, evaluating business opportunities and financial risks, and providing insights that support informed business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and compare financial data.
Participate in the budgeting process and the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Monitor the monthly financial performance of the Group's companies by analyzing actual results against budget.
Perform service costing (medical examinations/services) and analyze variances between actual and standard costs.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support business planning and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, FP&A, Audit, or a similar finance-related role.
Basic understanding of Accounting principles and IFRS.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ERP and/or Business Intelligence systems is considered an advantage (experience with SAP is a plus).
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
