What you'll do
- Prepare and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for projects and operations
- Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Monitor project cash flows, expenditures, and commitments, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Support cost control processes with Commercial and Project teams
- Ensure data integrity and consistency in financial systems and reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting systems
- Support audit processes, financial compliance, and internal controls
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems/ERP tools
- Understanding of project financials such as real estate, construction, or hospitality
- Communication and presentation skills for clear financial reporting
- Multitasking and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Finance / Economics / Related field

About the job
Prepare and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for projects and operational activities; analyze financial performance by comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and key drivers.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data; assist in the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Monitor project cash flows, expenditures, and commitments, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Support cost control processes by working closely with Commercial and Project teams to ensure financial alignment.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports; contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.
Support the Financial Controller in audit processes, financial compliance, and internal controls.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with high attention to detail; proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems/ERP tools is an advantage.
Understanding of project-based financials (e.g., real estate, construction, or hospitality) is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; fluent English & Greek required; Spanish preferred.
