What you'll do
- Manage and respond to daily pricing requests from internal stakeholders
- Review requests for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate price creation, modification and implementation across systems and sales channels
- Monitor and follow up on requests to meet agreed timelines
- Identify, resolve and escalate pricing discrepancies
- Collaborate with Commercial, Buying, Finance, IT and other teams
- Maintain accurate pricing records and change documentation
- Monitor pricing data and prepare reports and analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and processes
- Improve and optimize pricing processes and workflows
- Handle high request volumes while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Key requirements
- Pricing request management and pricing process compliance
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, including pricing data analysis and reporting
- Microsoft Excel and large-volume data management
- Pricing accuracy and discrepancy resolution with attention to detail
- Stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Organizational skills, time management, process improvement and English language
- Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Mathematics / Statistics / Any Fieldpreferred
