What you'll do
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Monitor market trends, benchmarks, and performance indicators to support business growth
- Consolidate and recommend target splits across products and sales channels by analyzing customer behavior and trends
- Support evaluation and sizing of opportunities for new services and commercial initiatives
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and BI tools to support business insights and reporting
- Develop automated reporting solutions to ensure data accuracy and timely availability
- Support development of business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, and forecasts
- Track performance of commercial initiatives and retail networks, identifying gaps and opportunities
- Translate data and insights into clear recommendations for commercial decision-making and presentations
- Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams
- Collect and consolidate input from Marketing Units, Customer Insights, CRM/Loyalty, Sales, and BPR teams to align on performance drivers and actions
Key requirements
- SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) proficiency
- Data analysis, reporting, and building dashboards and automated reports
- Business case development, financial modeling, and forecasts
- Market, competitor, and industry analysis
- Customer behavior and channel trend analysis
- Understanding of P&L management, performance tracking, ERP systems, and business reporting
- MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, presentation, strategic, and analytical skills
- Cross-functional team collaboration
- Business / Finance / Statistics / Data Analyticspreferred
