  • Conduct Food Safety Internal Inspections and manage the Food Safety & HACCP Program and corrective actions
  • Maintain up-to-date Food Safety and Sanitation records and reports including scorecards and performance data
  • Coordinate processes to maintain high Food Safety and Sanitation standards and promote site-wide Food Safety awareness
  • Investigate and resolve Food Safety issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance
  • Lead achievement of Food Safety KPI targets including audits, certifications, complaints, recalls, and hold/release actions
  • Develop and manage the PepsiCo Food Defense Program including inspections, audit reports, vulnerability assessments, and stakeholder coaching
  • Deliver annual training on HACCP PRP Program, GMPs, and Allergen Management
  • Develop, monitor, and refine routine cleaning tasks and Master Sanitation Schedule; coach and validate sanitation personnel
  • Serve as key liaison with external contractors on Food Safety and Sanitation matters

Key requirements

  • 5+ years' experience
  • FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 food safety management systems expertise
  • Food Safety Internal Inspections and HACCP Program Management experience
  • Quality Systems Implementation and Audit Management (Internal and External)
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions, Consumer Complaint and Recall Management
  • Training Program Development and Delivery with Leadership and Team Development skills
  • Data Analysis and Trend Identification for quality and food safety improvements
  • Traceability Procedures and Mock Recalls coordination
  • Sanitation Procedures Management and Food Defense Program Coordination
  • Cross-functional Communication and Stakeholder Alignment
  • Quality KPI Reporting
  • Food Science / Engineering / Any Field
