What you'll do
- Perform initial inspection including optical check, material and marking verification, prepare panel for testing
- Check panel according to Project Engineer deliverables such as technical specifications, electrical drawings, and layout
- Test panel operation under voltage and no load conditions guided by Quality Control Supervisor
- Implement minor corrections or return product to production for major modifications
- Update Quality Control records and provide feedback to Quality Control Supervisor on findings
- Collaborate closely with trainees and production technicians
- File control certificates and forward them to Project Engineer
- Complete non-compliance forms and forward affected materials to Warehouse Officer
- Log photographs of constructed panels in project folders
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- English language knowledge
- Electrical drawings reading and automation comprehension
- Using measuring instruments and devices
- Debugging methodology
- Quality control procedures and optical inspection
- Team collaboration and time management
- Use of software DOC, CAT, Rapsody, Ecodial, XL Pro 3
- Electrical Engineering

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:
Πραγματοποίηση αρχικού ελέγχου (οπτικός έλεγχος, έλεγχος υλικών και σημάνσεων κ.α.) και προετοιμασία του πίνακα για δοκιμή
Έλεγχος του πίνακα σύμφωνα με τα παραδοτέα από τον Project Engineer (τεχνικές προδιαγραφές-ηλεκτρολογικό σχέδιο-layout)
Έλεγχος της λειτουργίας του πίνακα σε πραγματικές συνθήκες υπό τάση και εν κενώ φορτίο, υπό την καθοδήγηση του Quality Control Supervisor όπου κρίνεται απαραίτητο
Διενέργεια απαραίτητων διορθώσεων εφόσον είναι μικρής κλίμακας ή επιστροφή του προϊόντος στη γραμμή παραγωγής εφόσον υπάρχει απαίτηση για μεγαλύτερες τροποποιήσεις
Ενημέρωση του αρχείου Quality Control και feedback στον Quality Control Supervisor σχετικά με τα ευρήματα στους πίνακες
Στενή συνεργασία με τους ασκούμενους πρακτικής άσκησης και με τους τεχνίτες παραγωγής
Αρχειοθετεί το πιστοποιητικό ελέγχου του πίνακα και το προωθεί στον Project Engineer
Συμπληρώνει τα έντυπα μη συμμορφούμενων υλικών, προωθεί τα συγκεκριμένα υλικά στον Warehouse Officer
Καταχώρηση φωτογραφιών των κατασκευασμένων πινάκων στους φακέλους των έργων
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ - ΤΕΙ Ηλεκτρολογίας
Εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση 2-3 έτη
Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
Ευχέρεια ανάγνωσης πολύπλοκων ηλεκτρολογικών σχεδίων και αυτοματισμών
Ευχέρεια χρήσης μετρητικών οργάνων και διατάξεων
Μεθοδολογία αποσφαλμάτωσης
Επιθυμητή γνώση προγραμμάτων DOC,CAT,Rapsody,Ecodial,XL Pro 3 κ.α.
Ανεπτυγμένη επικοινωνία, οργάνωση και ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
