What you'll do
- Design and implement a global learning framework aligned with organizational priorities.
- Lead the global learning and talent development strategy in line with business goals and cultural values.
- Oversee and evolve performance management processes, promoting continuous feedback.
- Create development pathways supporting career progression and leadership readiness.
- Build and execute strategies that improve employee engagement, motivation, and belonging.
- Use engagement data, pulse surveys, and analytics dashboards to identify opportunities and measure impact.
- Conduct annual training needs analysis to identify emerging skills and future-readiness gaps.
- Develop and deliver blended learning programs using e-learning, virtual classrooms, microlearning, and collaborative platforms.
- Integrate AI-driven learning technologies to improve effectiveness, personalization, and learning journeys.
- Track performance trends and identify skill gaps to personalize learning journeys.
- Curate and develop training materials across videos, e-learning modules, and interactive simulations.
- Partner with external learning providers and thought leaders to deliver global learning experiences.
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Learning & development strategy, performance management, and employee engagement
- Digital learning strategies, e-learning design, learning management systems, and blended learning delivery
- AI tools and data analytics
- Training needs analysis
- Managerial leadership, coaching, and facilitation
- Project management and budgeting
- Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Educational Technology / Organizational Psychology / Human Resources Managementpreferred
