What you'll do
- Design and develop online, blended, and multimedia learning materials
- Create interactive e-learning content with multimedia, quizzes, and assessments
- Review and improve existing learning content
- Create tailored content for customers’ training needs
- Support administrative tasks for training delivery
- Conduct quality assurance checks on learning materials
- Stay current with learning design, e-learning, and graphic design trends
Key requirements
- AI-powered learning design tools and AI tools and technologies
- Interactive e-learning content creation and e-learning authoring tools
- Instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Learning materials development, multimedia presentations, quizzes and assessments
- Learning content review and improvement and quality assurance
- MS Office, English language, graphic design principles and graphic design tools
- Any Field
