What you'll do
- Use product features and styling details to advise customers on jewelry selection
- Understand customer needs and deliver an excellent in-store experience
- Conduct sales activities through online and offline channels
- Contribute to individual and store sales targets and monitor performance
- Maintain consistently high customer service standards
- Gather customer feedback through available qualitative surveys
- Handle complaints, returns, individual orders and other customer service issues professionally
- Stay informed about daily priorities, targets and company updates
- Keep the store and back office clean, organized and tidy
- Check delivered products and arrange them for display
- Support stock checks and internal inventory counts
- Participate in store Visual Merchandising activities
- Protect confidential company, team and customer information
- Support company sustainability initiatives and waste reduction
- Take responsibility for your training and ongoing updates with the Store Manager’s support

- MS Office and Problem solving
- Greek language and English language
Benefits
- Monthly salary of €880 for 30-hour employment, proportionally adjusted for 20-hour work.
