What you'll do
- Provide excellent customer service and help customers choose suitable jewelry products
- Understand product features and communicate technical and styling details
- Use available online and offline sales channels effectively
- Work toward and monitor individual and store sales targets
- Maintain consistently high customer service standards
- Collect customer feedback through available qualitative surveys
- Handle customer service matters, including complaints, returns, and individual orders
- Keep informed about daily priorities, targets, and company updates
- Help keep the store and back office clean and organized
- Check delivered products and organize them for display
- Support inventory checks and internal stock counts
- Participate in the store’s visual merchandising activities
- Maintain confidentiality of company, team, and customer information
- Support the company’s sustainability practices and help reduce waste
- Take responsibility for your training and ongoing knowledge updates
Key requirements
- Sales, sales target achievement, and sales channels
- Customer service, complaint handling, and customer feedback collection
- Fashion retail and product knowledge
- Inventory control, stock organization, and visual merchandising
- Sustainability practices and MS Office
- Greek language and English language
Benefits
- Monthly salary of €880 for 30 hours of work, adjusted proportionally for 20 hours of work.
