What you'll do
- Use product features and styling details to support customer choices
- Understand customer needs and provide an excellent in-store experience
- Conduct sales activities through online and offline sales channels
- Contribute to and continuously monitor individual and store sales targets
- Maintain consistently high customer service standards
- Collect customer feedback through available qualitative surveys
- Handle customer service issues, including complaints, returns, and individual orders
- Find and use the information needed for daily work
- Keep the store and back office clean and organized
- Check delivered products and organize them for display
- Support inventory checks and internal stocktaking
- Participate in the store’s visual merchandising activities
- Keep company, team, and customer information confidential
- Support company sustainability choices and help reduce waste
Key requirements
- Sales, customer service, sales target achievement, and complaint handling
- Product knowledge and customer feedback collection
- Retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Online and offline sales channels and sustainability practices
- MS Office and computer skills
- Greek language and English language
Benefits
- Monthly salary of €880 for 30 hours of employment, proportionally adjusted for 20 hours of work.
