What you'll do
- Use jewelry product knowledge to explain product features, styling details, and new releases
- Understand customer needs and provide an excellent in-store experience
- Use online and offline sales channels to support sales activities
- Work toward individual and store sales targets and monitor progress
- Maintain consistently high customer service standards
- Collect customer feedback through relevant qualitative surveys
- Handle complaints, returns, individual orders, and other customer service matters professionally
- Seek daily work priorities, targets, and company updates
- Keep the store and back office clean and organized
- Check, organize, and prepare delivered products for display
- Support inventory checks and internal stocktaking
- Support the store’s Visual Merchandising activities
- Maintain confidentiality of company, team, and customer information
- Support the company’s sustainability choices and waste-reduction efforts
- Complete ongoing training and stay up to date with product information

Benefits
- Monthly salary of €880 for 30 hours of work, proportionally adjusted for 20 hours of work.
