What you'll do

- Ensure adherence to company policies and operating instructions
- Analyze regional market trends and identify development opportunities
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Area management and store management skills
- Performance indicators analysis and problem solving abilities
- Leadership skills with organizational and communication capabilities
- Multitasking, decision making, and initiative in a competitive environment
- English language proficiency and computer skills

Η Pet City Group AEBE, η μεγαλύτερη αλυσίδα καταστημάτων τροφών και αξεσουάρ κατοικίδιων ζώων στην Ελλάδα, με παρουσία άνω των 30 ετών στο χώρο του λιανικού εμπορίου και δίκτυο που απαριθμεί άνω των 100 καταστημάτων και 800 εργαζόμενους, στο πλαίσιο της ανάπτυξής της, αναζητεί έναν ενθουσιώδη και υπεύθυνο Area Manager, που θα οργανώνει και θα επιβλέπει την ορθή λειτουργία των καταστημάτων, στον τομέα ευθύνης του στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Βόρειας Ελλάδας και της Θεσσαλονίκης.
Αρμοδιότητες
Προγραμματισμός και υλοποίηση επισκέψεων ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα στα καταστήματα ευθύνης του
Διασφάλιση και τήρηση των διαδικασιών της εταιρείας, υποβολή βελτιωτικών προτάσεων προκειμένου να διασφαλιστεί η αποτελεσματικότητα
Παρακολούθηση της ορθής παρουσίασης των εμπορευμάτων εντός των καταστημάτων (merchandising), προωθητικές ενέργειες, προβολές
Συντονισμός και διαχείριση προσλήψεων και εισηγήσεις προαγωγών
Καθορισμός προτύπων και στόχων για διαφορετικά καταστήματα
Καθοδήγηση ομάδας διευθυντών καταστημάτων, με σκοπό την αποτελεσματική συνεργασία και την επίτευξη στόχων
Πρόληψη και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων παρέχοντας δημιουργικές και πρακτικές λύσεις
Παρότρυνση και καθοδήγηση των επιμέρους ομάδων στα καταστήματα ευθύνης του
Συστηματική επικοινωνία με την διοίκηση αποτελώντας το συνδετικό κρίκο μεταξύ αυτής και των καταστημάτων
Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις πολιτικές και τις οδηγίες λειτουργίας της εταιρείας
Ανάλυση των τάσεων της περιφερειακής αγοράς και ανακάλυψη νέων ευκαιριών για ανάπτυξη
Απαιτούμενα προσόντα
Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών, σε ρόλο Area Manager ή Store Manager
Ικανότητα μέτρησης και ανάλυσης βασικών δεικτών απόδοσης
Άριστες οργανωτικές και ηγετικές ικανότητες
Εξαιρετική ικανότητα Επίλυσης προβλημάτων
Υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια
Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες στην επικοινωνία και τις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις
