Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Διαχείριση και υποστήριξη του δικτύου καταστημάτων στην Αττική για την επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
Εποπτεία και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας πωλήσεων, ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων και ενίσχυση της συνεργασίας.
Ανάλυση αγοράς και ανταγωνισμού στην περιοχή για την ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών πωλήσεων.
Εξασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας των καταστημάτων, επίλυση προβλημάτων και βελτίωση διαδικασιών.
Συνεργασία με το κεντρικό γραφείο για την υλοποίηση επιχειρησιακών προγραμμάτων.
Προϋποθέσεις:
Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση διαχείρισης καταστημάτων ή περιοχής, ιδανικά στον χώρο της τεχνολογίας, λιανικής ή συναφών κλάδων.
\Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και ηγετικές ικανότητες.
Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
Πάθος για την τεχνολογία και τις νέες τάσεις της αγοράς.
Διαθεσιμότητα για περιοδικά ταξίδια εντός Αττικής.
