What you'll do
- Manage and monitor daily production activities
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and efficiency targets
- Perform quality checks and take corrective actions when needed
- Resolve technical issues arising during production
- Identify and implement production process improvements
- Implement and monitor automated production systems
- Integrate new technologies and automation methods into production
- Oversee large-scale and long-duration product tests
- Conduct product simulation tests
- Train and develop production team members
- Create reports on production performance, issues, and improvements
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Production management and technical process supervision
- Quality assurance and problem-solving
- Process optimization and production automation
- Automation technology integration
- Electronic circuits, electronic materials and component identification
- PCB design and circuit upgrades
- Product testing
- Team leadership and technical reporting
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Any Field
