What you'll do
- Ensure smooth operation of the Energy Center during your shift according to unit operation schedules
- Coordinate, supervise and develop the shift staff
- Monitor and control equipment operation from the control room and during on-site inspections
- Coordinate operational activities and collaborate with the maintenance team for safe execution of tasks
- Investigate malfunctions and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and corporate policies
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production and Management Engineering, or Shipbuilding Engineering
- English Language and MS Office skills
- Shift Work capability
- Leadership, communication skills, organization, and problem solving
- Team coordination and collaboration with maintenance
- Safety compliance and technical report writing
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Production and Management Engineering / Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
