What you'll do
- Develop applications using the .NET system and environment
- Translate requirements into applications aligned with service goals
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing applications
- Collaborate with peers to develop solutions using .NET and Microsoft technologies
- Refactor existing code to improve effectiveness and performance
- Write reliable code following coding best practices
- Test, demonstrate, and improve services through updates, features, and optimization
- Provide technical support for web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Integrate data storage systems and maintain code quality
- Identify performance bottlenecks and resolve efficiency issues
- Design user interfaces for .NET applications
- Build high-quality software solutions on the .NET platform
- Apply best practices for security, quality, and development
Key requirements
- C# and .NET Framework
- ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Internet Information Services
- SQL Server, SQLite, and database integration
- HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and XML Web Services
- Software development tools, software testing, and code optimization
