What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to identify objectives and business needs and map them into system capabilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud CRM solutions using declarative or low-code tools
- Customize and develop new technical functionalities on Salesforce platform
- Produce solid and business-oriented functionalities using available tools and resources
- Communicate ideas and proposals clearly and concisely
- Prepare and deploy CRM solutions to Test and Production environments
- Participate in client opportunities, proposals, RFP responses, and build proof-of-concepts and demos
- Stay updated with latest innovations and apply them to client issues
- Obtain and maintain relevant certifications
- Collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Salesforce platform experience and certifications
- Java and JavaScript programming
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with development frameworks such as Node.js, Angular, React
- Analytical thinking and business analysis skills
- Declarative or low-code application building tools
- Strong communication, team collaboration, client engagement skills
- English language proficiency
- Engineering / Technical disciplines / Relevant fields
