What you'll do
- Check and analyze customer balances to ensure effective application of credit policy
- Verify and release blocked orders and transactions
- Communicate with customers to update on account discrepancies
- Process requests for negotiation, replacement, or return of payment instruments
- Record and update credit terms and conditions
- Monitor credit card usage and coordinate with sales support and accounting
- Issue credit cards and manage their usage updates
- Send approved credit arrangements to accounting and monitor payment settlements
