What you'll do
- Inform and negotiate settlement and repayment terms for debts
- Identify each client's repayment capability
- Handle objections and make decisions based on client needs and company policy
- Record and maintain updated client information in electronic management systems
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Claims Management and Overdue Debt Management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Objection Handling skills
- Professionalism and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent English language knowledge
