billing & metering specialist (1 year contract)

What you'll do
- Execute regular and ad hoc printing and delivery of electricity and natural gas bills.
- Perform invoice sample checks and maintain records of checked and confirmed printed bills.
- Participate in Billing Cycle Management by updating the billing system with commissioning specifications.
- Handle meter readings, metering corrections, validations, and automatic payment evaluations.
- Resolve escalated customer issues involving measurements and billing disputes.
- Process municipal fee reimbursements and compile reports for relevant parties.
- Provide regular, ad hoc, and customized customer reports to support sales.
- Print and dispatch issued customer documents and update the billing system.
- Perform UAT checks for new system developments and communicate issues to IT and vendors.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Utility billing, billing cycle management, and billing system administration
- Meter reading management, metering corrections, and invoice issuance and validation
- Billing reporting and report compilation
- UAT testing and MS Office
- Analytical skills, numerical skills, and customer issue resolution
- English language proficiency
- Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Applied Sciences
