What you'll do
- Create and ensure outgoing invoices comply with local tax, legal, and e-invoicing requirements worldwide
- Support the design and improvement of outgoing invoice flows across service and hardware models
- Maintain ERP billing setups and tax codes
- Collaborate with tax, legal, operations, and logistics teams to ensure accurate billing
- Monitor global regulatory changes and support updates to billing processes
- Provide documentation and support during audits and tax reviews
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- In-house work experience in relevant field
- English language proficiency C1
- Degree in business administration, finance or accounting
- Advanced computer literacy
- Deep knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Deep knowledge of business fundamentals
- Numeracy
- Compliance with local tax, legal, and e-invoicing requirements
- ERP billing setup maintenance
- Collaboration with tax, legal, operations, and logistics teams
- Monitoring global regulatory changes
