What you'll do
- Transform financial and operational data into insights supporting business decisions and process improvements
- Analyze billing and financial data to produce reports and identify trends
- Monitor billing KPIs and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Participate in data migration, validation, and system integration projects
- Design and optimize SQL-based automations with the IT team
- Extract and process data using ERP systems, custom applications, and advanced Excel tools
- Issue, review, and manage customer invoices during the billing cycle
- Perform pre- and post-billing validation checks for billing accuracy
- Manage distribution of printed and electronic invoices
- Develop and improve Quality Assurance procedures to maintain billing accuracy
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Management, and IT teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Financial Data Analysis and Billing Operations
- Advanced SQL and ERP Systems (Atlantis or similar)
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and Data Visualization
- Data Validation and Quality Assurance
- Invoice Management and Reporting
- CRM Systems and Process Automation
- Fluent Communication in Greek and English
- Analytical Thinking and Collaboration
- Computer Science / Economics / Business Administration / Information Systemspreferred
