What you'll do
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team coordination
- Guide and lead the sales team
- Participate actively in sales and build trust with customers through personalized advice
- Monitor commercial presentation and sales targets
- Use ERP and other systems to ensure smooth store operation
Key requirements
- Experience in women's fashion retail, preferably boutique, in assistant manager or senior sales roles
- Customer Service with a high aesthetic sense
- Hands-on Approach in daily store activities
- Communication Skills, Team Leadership, and Professionalism
- IT Skills including ERP Systems
- English Language proficiency
- Shift Work Availability

Ο/Η Assistant Store Manager συμβάλλει ενεργά στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία του καταστήματος και στον καθημερινό συντονισμό της ομάδας, διασφαλίζοντας την εφαρμογή των brand standards και την παροχή κορυφαίου επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες
Υποστήριξη του/της Store Manager στην καθημερινή λειτουργία και οργάνωση του καταστήματος, καθώς και στον συντονισμό και την καθοδήγηση της ομάδας πωλήσεων
Ενεργή συμμετοχή στην πώληση. Ανάπτυξη σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης με τους πελάτες μέσα από προσωποποιημένη και συμβουλευτική προσέγγιση
Συμμετοχή στην παρακολούθηση της εμπορικής εικόνας και της επίτευξης των στόχων πωλήσεων
Χρήση ERP και λοιπών συστημάτων για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του καταστήματος
Προφίλ Υποψηφίου
Προϋπηρεσία στον χώρο της γυναικείας μόδας, ιδανικά σε boutique περιβάλλον, σε θέση assistant store manager, team leader ή senior sales advisor
Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και υψηλή αισθητική
Hands-on προσέγγιση με ενεργή συμμετοχή στην καθημερινότητα του καταστήματος
Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματισμός
Καλή γνώση Η/Υ και προγραμμάτων ERP
Καλή γνώση αγγλικών
Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες
