About the job

As a Senior AI Product Owner, you will support the evolution and adoption of AI across OPAP by translating business needs into clear AI product requirements and guiding implementation teams in delivering impactful, data-driven solutions.

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Receiving business requests and priorities, clarifying and translating them into AI-specific specifications (e.g., Statements of Work), and producing detailed requirements and plans.

  • Acting as liaison between business owners and development team to clarify requirements and resolve misalignments.

  • Managing AI project progress and ensuring timely delivery, testing, and deployment, while providing domain insight and technical expertise.

  • Managing and refining the AI Product Backlog, aligning business needs, prioritizing AI-related backlog items, and setting delivery milestones.

  • Identifying and communicating scope/quality risks, reviewing deliverables, supporting testing, and reporting deviations.

  • Working cross-functionally with teams, PMO, and vendors to enhance collaboration and resolve issues, while designing scalable AI solutions.

  • Monitoring AI solution efficiency and release cycles, identifying risks, coordinating maintenance, and assessing progress against benchmarks and expectations.

  • Organizing backlog refinement sessions, monitoring release cycles and operational efficiency, and coordinating maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Keeping up with AI market trends, emerging technologies, and standards to propose innovative solutions and maintain a competitive product portfolio for OPAP


What you need to succeed: 

  • BSc in Computer Science, Digital Automations or equivalent STEM

  • MSc in relevant topic is desirable

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in AI or Digital product development & management, functional or technical analysis

  • Experience of negotiating with suppliers and business teams

  • Hands-on experience in configuration processes of low-code tools/environments

  • Very good presentation, communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team, with a strong understanding of all layers of a product business to application, infrastructure, and network.
