About the job

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible to drive the evolution of the Loyalty domain by translating business strategy into impactful customer engagement solutions. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, align business and technology priorities, and deliver high-value products that support business growth.

 

What your day to day will include:

  • Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications and Statements of Work (SoW)

  • Driving product delivery by managing the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, and defining milestones aligned with business objectives

  • Leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery, testing, deployment, and value realization

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement, mitigating risks, and enhancing the performance and scalability of existing solutions

  • Monitoring market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and business growth

  • Managing vendor relationships, including RFPs, contracts, budgets, SLAs, and overall service performance

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, PMO, and external partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and resolve challenges

  • Facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to maximize product value and team effectiveness

  • Overseeing application releases, project deliverables, testing activities, and compliance with business and technical requirements

  • Ensuring the operational excellence of assigned products by monitoring performance, coordinating issue resolution, and driving continuous improvement

  • Leading or contributing to Allwyn Group initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility

  • Participating in on-call support activities and handling ad-hoc assignments as required by business needs

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Proven experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and software product delivery within complex environments

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and project management practices

  • Experience managing large-scale initiatives, vendors, procurement activities, budgets, and stakeholder negotiations

  • Strong business acumen within CRM, Loyalty, Marketing, or Customer Engagement domains

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology

  • Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, CCBA) and knowledge of Gaming, Betting, Lottery, or Casino domains are considered a plus

  • Excellent communication skills (Greek & English)
