About the job

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will act as the link between Business and Technology—translating needs into technical solutions, coordinating delivery, and ensuring the performance, stability, and evolution of corporate applications and services.



Your day to day will include:

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications (SoW, user stories, workflows, data flows) to support solution delivery

  • Collaborate with Technology teams and stakeholders to define solutions, scope, and delivery plans

  • Act as the liaison between Business, Technology, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment

  • Monitor application and service performance, proactively identifying issues, risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of systems and applications with a strong problem-solving mindset

  • Review deliverables, support testing cycles (UAT/QA), and ensure quality and alignment with business needs

  • Drive enhancements, integrations, and improvements with a customer- and value-oriented approach, ensuring compliance with IT standards

 

What you’ll bring:

  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MSc is a plus)

  • 3+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Application Support, or Business Analysis roles

  • Experience with enterprise applications (e.g. ITSM, BPM, HR, finance, or retail systems)

  • Strong knowledge of IT service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Configuration Management)

  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework and best practices

  • Experience with system integrations, workflows, and basic SQL / database concepts (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle)

  • Experience working across SDLC and Agile environments
