About the job

Are you passionate about design and motion, and ready to make a significant impact? We are looking for a creative Digital Designer to take on the design and visual experience of our projects (apps & websites). In addition to core digital design responsibilities, you will bring ideas to life through engaging animations and multimedia content, enhancing the overall digital experience for our users.

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Assessing business needs and translating business requirements and brand guidelines into engaging design solutions

  • Designing high-quality graphics, banners, newsletters, and landing pages while maintaining brand consistency and ensuring pixel-perfect quality

  • Creating engaging animated and multimedia content, including short-form videos and motion graphics for digital platforms

  • Optimizing design for usability, accessibility, and performance

  • Ensuring responsive design across all devices by staying informed on web, mobile, and AI-driven design trends and proposing innovative solutions

  • Collaborating closely with marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality

  • Working with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to produce compelling digital assets

  • Exploring and experimenting with new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted design solutions


What you need to succeed:

  • BSc in UX Design, Graphic Design or equivalent, MSc considered an asset

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and motion graphics work

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion/video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Animate, CapCut or similar)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and familiarity with CMS platforms

  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design

  • Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and creativity

  • Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication skills

  • Previous agency experience will be considered a strong plus
