What you'll do
- Welcome visitors with friendly, efficient, and courteous service
- Take and execute orders professionally with knowledge of menus and preparation
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and SOPs to ensure safety
- Respond promptly and efficiently to requests or complaints
- Cooperate closely with restaurant/bar team and other hotel departments
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Professional experience in 5* hotels or a la carte restaurants
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of a second foreign language
- Knowledge of preparing drinks and coffee
- Knowledge of PDA usage
- Knowledge of Tourism
