What you'll do
- Organize, coordinate, and supervise daily Spa operations, including treatments, reception, and facilities
- Ensure safe, high-quality wellness services in line with brand standards
- Monitor wellness trends and introduce new treatments, practices, and products
- Manage Spa budgets, daily transactions, and shift reports
- Implement upselling techniques and revenue-enhancing strategies
- Recruit, train, and evaluate Spa personnel
- Lead, motivate, and schedule the Spa team
- Promote Spa product sales through merchandising and staff engagement
- Provide personalized guest service and handle feedback and complaints
- Collaborate with other departments on guest packages and promotions
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in Spa facilities
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, stock, and professional product usage
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Spa operations management and budget management
- Team leadership, teamwork, and communication
- Guest service and sales and upselling
- Spa product merchandising
- Hygiene and safety standards
- Microsoft Office, Property Management Systems, GDS, IDS, and OTA extranets; English language proficiency
