What you'll do
- Maintain and implement the resort’s Spa quality standards.
- Create action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the annual Spa budget and profitability objectives.
- Analyze performance, business trends, KPIs, and operational metrics; implement corrective actions.
- Maximize revenue across treatments, wellness programs, retail sales, and special events.
- Model professionalism and serve as a role model for Spa staff.
- Motivate, train, and develop the team while overseeing Spa facilities and activities.
- Nurture member relationships, handle feedback, and support retention and loyalty.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Prepare monthly Spa financial reports.
- Manage inventory, retail stock control, procurement planning, and costs.
- Drive retail performance through product knowledge, training, merchandising, and sales initiatives.
- Support sales and marketing activities that grow brand awareness, guest acquisition, and memberships.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, wellness events, seasonal offerings, and guest engagement initiatives.
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations to identify growth opportunities.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Spa operations management, spa treatment knowledge, and cleanliness and hygiene management
- Budgeting and financial management, revenue growth and sales target achievement, and performance and KPI analysis
- Team leadership and staff development
- Guest engagement and member relationship management
- Retail sales and merchandising, inventory management and procurement
- Sales and marketing collaboration, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and English language proficiency
