What you'll do
- Lead the Spa team and oversee the daily operation of Spa facilities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and attend meetings as required
- Prepare work schedules and training programmes for Spa employees
- Conduct employee training where applicable
- Perform pre-opening checks and organize Spa staffing
- Plan menus and greet, welcome and serve Spa clients
- Organize retail displays, monitor stock levels and promote treatment sales
- Supervise cash register closing, accounting and end-of-day procedures
- Order and receive supplies and consumables and control product par levels
- Organize and supervise Spa events, lectures and promotions
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Spa operations management, Team leadership and Work scheduling
- Employee training and Reporting
- Inventory and stock control, Retail merchandising and Menu planning
- Cash register and end-of-day procedures
- Event and promotion organization, Spa programs and Protel
- MS Office, English language and Second foreign language
- Any Field
