What you'll do
- Oversee daily Kids Club operations and maintain a safe, welcoming, well-organized environment.
- Supervise team members delivering activity programs and following company standards, training, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor attendance, schedules, and resources to support efficient operations and a consistent guest experience.
- Handle parents’ inquiries and feedback with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards within the Kids Club area.
- Support HR with Kids Club staff onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews.
Key requirements
- Kids Club operations management and activity program delivery
- Team supervision and leadership
- Organizational skills, scheduling, and communication
- Child safety, child development, educational activities, and creative play
- English language proficiency
- Equipment maintenance, cleanliness standards, and First Aid/CPR
