What you'll do
- Monitor and ensure the safety of children during activities and play
- Plan and lead age-appropriate and engaging activities such as arts, games, sports, and educational programs
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and address conflicts
- Provide personalized care to foster children’s confidence and encourage social interactions
- Enforce safety and hygiene rules and maintain constant supervision
- Comply with Kids Club rules, policies, and procedures including reporting emergencies
- Communicate with parents about their children's activities, progress, and provide assistance
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Effective communication skills with children and parents
- Understanding of safety and hygiene rules for child protection
- Ability to facilitate and plan diverse children's activities
- Skills in behavior management and child supervision
- Empathy, creativity, and relationship building abilities
- English language proficiency
- Educationpreferred
